Who are God's parents?
A: Dear Jaden,
Who are God’s parents, is easy for us to answer but hard to understand. God didn’t have parents, nor was He created. Everything that exists came from Him, but He didn’t come from anything. He has always been in existence. That’s what makes Him God. This is true of God the Father, of Jesus the Son, and also of the Holy Spirit. They have always been. When the Bible calls Jesus the Son of God, it is not referring to His biological relationship with God the Father, but their interpersonal relationship – in other words, Jesus was not born; He, too, has always been (see Micah 5:2; John 1:1-3).
Thanks for writing, and remember, there's never been a better time to share Jesus!
